Build Your Life

In this topic I would like to write about making healthy changes in our day to day life which in turn will help to have a healthy and content life. In our life we are so engrossed in our day to day things that life becomes monotonous and then we get stuck at some point and get blank. I’m sure many of us have gone through this situation.
In order to add flavour to our routine life and not to get stuck we can adopt little changes which will help us in the long run of our life. Also note that getting stuck in life sometimes is also necessary, its just the way of our body and mind telling us to make few healthy changes which are beneficial.

Remember when life gets saturated it’s the signal that tells either we can go up from this point or go down, whichever direction we chose, so why not make some positive changes and give ourselves a good chance at life and grow upwards.

First and the most important thing is to have a healthy mind which acts as the processor of our body, compare this with processor of computer or mobile, we all know how irritating it is when the processor gets slow and all the apps in mobile or computer get lagged or need to force close them. Many of the successful and famous personalities have emphasised on having strong mind in order to have the life we want.
So start working on the mind, give your mind a small different things to do, not only it will sharpen the mind but will also get to learn new skill or knowledge. The skills and the knowledge are the things that, no matter what they are always going to be with you. Even if you face failure these skills will help you lift you up and get back to build the life with more enthusiasm. While knowledge cannot be stolen but it can be increased by sharing. Learn small skills such as getting to learn about how computer operates or read about religions of the world, you will surprise to know how easy it is just to build up a computer at cheap price by ordering different parts online and assembling it according to our needs or how many different religion the world has you might not even have heard of. These are just examples, you can gain knowledge or any skill which you will like. But taking Baby Steps is important, you wont even realise how far you have come in this journey of new world that has opened in front of you.
There are various different ways to make mind strong, if you go to work place by car or vehicle then somedays try a different route to workplace, your mind will get active just by changing the route and will feel refreshed, I’m sure you will notice the change very soon.
We also notice that when we get stuck up we feel so nostalgic about certain happy memories. Try recreating those memories not exactly but just try to relive those moments just by doing those things. Let’s say you use to visit a certain place with your loved ones, then try to plan to visit that place with loved one or alone, it will do wonders to your mind and body. Or just simple do the things that you use to do when you were a child.
When your mind gets restless just try laying on bed eyes closed for few minutes and concentrate on your breathing you will certainly cherish the change you will feel in your mind and body. And if you feel like talking then call someone you may not have called since ages, that surely will be a wonderful change to your routine life. Or try listening to music or favourite singer song that you may not have listened to since long. Some kinds of Music are like a therapy to mind and soul. If you know how to play an instrument then try playing that. Give your mind a time of itself to rejuvenate and refill with new energy.

In the present time, we all know how we all are neglecting our physical health, there are various reasons for that, but lets not get into that rather lets plan how to get back to having a fit and strong body. Lots of time we have observed that we tend to get stressful when feel drained. this shows that weakness of our body also affects our mind adversely, hence its also important to have fit body. Mind and body are dependent on each other lots of times.
To start with try doing little physical exercise such as stretching hand neck hips leg rotation etc. Do some jumping and alternate hand and leg touching and such kind of exercise which can be done without needing anything yet very effective. Try jogging for five to fifteen minutes in the neighbourhood, spending time in open atmosphere works well on body as well as mind.

Equate your time so that you can spend quality time with your family or loved ones, this certainly will play important role in bonding the relations and giving you the much needed love and affection which we often forget or ignore. Also don’t forget to have proper rest, it is said that body cannot live without sleep for more than a ten days. Sleep is very important for the body and mind to function properly. Taking proper and healthy diet should also be a priority. These are few things which certainly will help to have healthy and happy life. We will talk about other useful things to make life more worthwhile in other posts.
